to view the proposals and optionally vote. (please bypass the security cert
stuff)

All votes are tallied and reported whether member or not. Only members' votes
are used to determine pass/fail results though. Membership paid for 3 months
($18) is necessary for votes to be considered in the pass/fail tally.

Paypal (and Credit/Debit card) contributions can be made at

At the bottom of that page, enter your Grex loginid and then click either
PayPal button to donate. If by month, enter "3"  in the "quantity" box on
the PayPal site. You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal and
treasurer@cyberspace.org will also receive confirmation.

Then your vote(s) will be included in the pass/fail tally, and, thank you.
Please become a member.
  
membership confirmed by the end of hte votoing period will cause your vote
to be counted in the pass/fail decision.

Okay, seriously?  This is spammed all over the place.  Couldn't you just post
it in coop and agora and call it good?

The MOTD and other announcements should explain that entering "3" months will
purchase a year's membership if the amendments are adopted.
