Hi, I was wondering if anyoone out there has any expertise on programming in Pentium assembly...

Haven't they correctly assembled those things yet?
Looks like it's a good skill for '486 assembly folks to acquire! "(4/26/95) Intel Halting '486 Production: By year's end, to solidify the Pentium chip as its core product, Intel Corp. says it will have stopped production of most versions of the 80486 microprocessor. Intel spokesman Howard High said the company most likely would make '486 processors only for low-end notebook computers."
Pentium assembly code is the same set of instructions as 486. The difference is that because of its architecture, programming it for maximum speed is now quite complex (just like on a risc machine). Unless you are writing code generators or very time-critical realtime code, you don't need to bother. Just program it like a 486.
