MY GHOD!  I have never seen a problem like this:
this is what happensed
my dos screen changed to a puig-red color, with yellow text...
my monitors fine (win color perfect)
i did nothing, more than turn it off, and then on again (24 hours later)
virus?  or could my failing HD be the culprit!
just wierd?
it doesn't help that i can't see what i am tyoing ..
damn lag!

Check the plugs for a loose connection.  Frequently this sort of
problem is due to one of the red, green, or blue signal lines getting
disconnected due to a loose connection.

allready tried that..but windows color was fine...all color
was there...so i know the connection was okay...
it changed back today, and is fine now...
but it's stiill kinda wierd..
