why think again about PPC? dont you people read PC World? they said the 6100
was faster and cheaper than the one they compared it to in the test, a fast 486
or maybe a pentium. all power pcs won in that test.... at least price and
speed. not overall, cuz there was little native software out then. InTE WILL
DIE!! HELLEJULAH! l

Hays, Kansas? Pixel isn't the computer company matts keeps talking about
wanting to start, is it?

#9 of 18 by scg on Tue Jul 19 00:20:26 1994:

As I suspected, pixel and matts have the same address. Did you ever find
a wholesaler, Matt?

#10 of 18 by matts on Tue Jul 19 06:00:39 1994:

okay, my cover is blown. Yes, I did get access to INgram Micro,
Indirectly. These are my prelim prices, which kill about
everyone out there. I deciede that I could sell these to
my grex compadres for my cost, plus alittle fir my
supplier. I have built several systems, and Even read
a really big book (plus having a tech phriend helps)
You should see an add in computer shopper in a few months.

I wish you all the luck in the world. break a chip.

#14 of 18 by matts on Tue Jul 19 21:22:15 1994:

Well, thanks guys. I hope I won't break too many chips, when
p5 90's are running 900 a pop! I welcome any inquiries, even
if youi are not really that interested in a purchase.

#15 of 18 by fuz on Wed Jul 20 04:13:18 1994:

intel die. nighy night, mr. gates.

#16 of 18 by rcurl on Wed Jul 20 06:29:18 1994:

Omni, is "break a chip" now the good luck wish for the cyberstage?

#17 of 18 by omni on Wed Jul 20 08:00:24 1994:

yes. I was being cute, but matt seemed to miss the analogy.

#18 of 18 by matts on Wed Jul 20 19:20:02 1994:
