Actually, I'm just glad you're doing well after your own medical 
issues.

I'll have to remember to pass that link onto a friend of mine who doesnt
eat wheat. 

Well, Vittoria is a little open about her personal life besides Celiac 
disease.....

She had this website up for a couple of weeks, but has not been getting 
participation. I thought a note here might get her more readers and 
responders - and so it seems it did. I was, though somewhat surprised that 
there was not already a Gluten item in this cf.

I went off chocolate some years ago. I think it was because of a drift 
away from liking very sweet foods. 

I think that is because the person I most know as gluten free no 
longer posts on grex.
