Announcement: New Internet Society Electronic Newsletter To Deliver Timely Information to the Global Internet Community CONTACT: WENDY RICKARD BOLLENTIN, EDITOR@ISOC.ORG 9 June 1995 . . . An electronic newsletter aimed at delivering timely news and information to Internet Society members and the global Internet community is under development by the Internet Society. The first issue is expected to be released in early July. Named THE ISOC FORUM, the newsletter will be distributed electronically every other week and is free of charge. Editorial will consist of announcements of new Internet-related products and services; news from the Internet Society and its members; ISOC chapter updates; summaries of important Internet-related news from the global press; and announcements of Internet Society and other relevant conferences, seminars, and workshops. Members of the Internet Society will be automatically added to the distribution list. Others can subscribe by sending e-mail to ((add e-mail address) with the command (add command) in the subject line. The Internet Society invites contributions to the newsletter. To submit material, comments, or questions, send electronic mail to editor@isoc.org.

Looks interesting, Steve, but what is the e-mail address & command *not added* above?
Kenb - It is "editor@isoc.org" Type the command "read 91" and you will get more details.
Re 1, I just passed it along, I didn't realize it was missing some critical info. editor@isoc.org is the "contact" email address. I would expect you could send questions there. The mussing address and command are for the listserv, I expect. I don't know what belonged there.
