Grex Internet Item 37: What happened to the connection on March 11th and 12th?

So, what happened to the internet connection on March 11 and March 12th?

Is there an info area on grex that keeps the records of this?

System problems are reported in item 2 of the agora conference.

Apparently, there was a network or router failure of some sort at the site
of our internet provider. "Ivars" is our contact there. We don't have a lot
of details, but we're sure glad it's fixed.
