I would like to know how a web camera can be set up. In particular, I
would like to use a video camera from which still images are captured and
transmitted and installed on a web site at intervals of an hour to several
hours. The camera location would have access to a telephone line, but this
should only be used to upload the image and not kept off hook otherwise.
