Does anyone know where I could get free leased lines? I cheapest that I 
know of is $120/month.

Define leased line.  If you just mean a dedicated modem connection, or single
channel ISDN, you may be able to come close to $120 per month.  If you're
looking a 64K leased line, it will be a bit more than that.  If you want a
T1 or a DS3, or something even bigger, it will be a lot more than that.  Also,
leased line pricing depends a lot on where you are located, and what providers
have POPs local to you.
