nether.net.  arbornet.org.

Neither of those will let you run IRC bots, as far as I know, if that's what
you're asking about.

I don't mind paying for the use of shell nets, but the problem is I cant seem
to findany australian shell providers!!!! this is very annoying, could anyone
be able to help me with this? I want full access to the shell, so i presume
that I would have to pay, but that's what i had in mind anyway. cheers :)

HI, I don't mind paying for shell accounts actually, but I need one from
australia, does anybody know of any shell providers in aussie?? if so that
would help me very much, yes, I don't mind PAyING, if that's such an issue
