How start new conference.
Could someone tell me how to start a new conference, and what the
responsibilities of a Fairwitness are.  I'm a member.  Thanks.

The cfadm person (currently me) has to do it.  Before that happens
a proposal for the conference should be entered in Coop.  Are you
talking about the conference you proposed in Agora?  Would you like
that item linked to Coop?

There's a Fairwitness manual floating around on line somewhere.
