For sharing information on using Google Earth

I'm just startng to use Google Earth as a GIS and have simple questions:

I can create new folders in Places, but how do I "drag" Places from other 
folders into a new folder?

Also in Places the descriptions I enter appear along with the Place name. 
How can I just have the Place name displayed? I know I can get the 
information by ctrl-clicking (I used a mac) on the name and choosing 
Info..

Sorry Rane, wish i had an answer but my PC is too slow for Google Earth.
Anyway, you might try Yahoo Answers or groups.google.com/group/earth-help

I'm getting a copy of Google Earth for Dummies. 

While I've sometimes gotten good information through yahoo or google groups,
they aren't too good for asking really trivial questions. Most of those
hanging around the groups don't seem to have much patience for dummies. Now,
ask a really *good* question, and you can get some good answers.

That works but doesn't determine if a function exists that you would like.
