Hi. I just sent email to staff, but got a bounce message because it redirects to an external address. Does this mean it's not in the staff queue...a bit confused because I also got an automated reply saying I was in the queue. If someone could please let me know how I might submit a request, that would be appreciated. I'll check back here in a few days. S. Prue
