Grex Info Item 353: System down

What do you mean the system was down TUESDAY MORNING?  I haven't been able
to get on since early Friday morning.  Is there some phone number we can call
when the system is out more than a day?

The system was not down all that time.  There's been a problem with dialins,
though.

You can try sending mail to grex-staff@hvcn.org (from elsewhere, obviously)
if you have a problem getting to Grex.  If dialins don't work, and you have
any internet access, you can also try telnetting to cyberspace.org.  If that
doesn't respond AND dialins are not working, probably Grex is totally down.
