Using the tcsh and it doesn4t seem to be any traceroute command 
available. Anybody?

You can't do this on grex.  Early on, when traceroute & ping were
enabled, we had too many problems with stupid vandals trying to use grex
to ping-flood their favorite part of the internet elsewhere.  This
didn't make a difference there, but it did result in flooding grex's
28.8K PPP link.

If you really need to traceroute:

http://net.yahoo.com/cgi-bin/trace.sh

That will let you do a traceroute from their web server.
