When I logged in today It said, "Your password will expire in 30 days" does
that mean I need to change it or what?

And to change it, type !passwd at any menu or bbs prompt (like at the
Respond or Pass?).

This is a security issue for *your* benefit.  Passwords that don't change over
time (and passwords that are the same on several systems) are much more likely
to be broken.  If you want to disregard the risk, there is of course nothing
to keep you from changing your password & then changing it back to what it
was originally.

Changing it frequently doesn't make it less likely to be broken.  All it
does is mean that if they *did* break it, and haven't done anything to
clue you in that your password is compromised, it still won't be any
good after you change it.
