How do I get pine to forward my mail to other systems?

Put a file in your directory called .forward, containing your new e-mail address. Tip: When entering an item here, it is helpful to have the header be something like "Forwarding mail," instead of "I NEED HELP!" The latter won't help future people who come in here looking for the same information.
Sorry!
Steve's answer is the correct one, but be aware:
We've quite recently gotten our UID ("user ID") numbers up over the magic
number of 32767, and have found the hard way that there's a compiled-in
bug in (I think) sendmail which prevents .forwards from working right
for people with UIDs over this limit. To find out your UID: issue
the command
id -u (from a Unix shell prompt) or
!id -u (from a bbs or menu or lynx prompt)
