Me, too.  Daniel, can you try to be more specific about what happens when
you try?  (Also, a stray thought: you don't have any conflicting things
set up in your .cfonce or in the rc file of the conference you're in when
you try to scribble, do you?)

What could he possibly have set up that would prevent scribbling?

Well, to be extreme:    define scribble 9 exit
He could define scribble (or whatever part he normally types) to be almost
anything, & it would interfere in this way.

Cool, I like it.

I haven't defined scribble as anything.  When I try to scribbe, I am told that
Scribble won't work in this version of picospan or some such...

You should be able to scribble your own responses.  Fairwitnesses
can't scribble other people's responses in this version of Picospan,
though.
