Grex Info Item 207: Pine mail reader

I am new to Grex. I have been advised to use the pine mail reader if that is
possible.I it is possible woud someone tell ne how i can do it?

Valerie! I tried typing pine after the OK and the computer stalled. I did it
several times withe the same results. I then typed mail and then typed pine
with the same results. Please give me some more help.

Valerie! I tried it again and it worked just fine. Thanks The computer must
have been tired before and I must have been inpatiant.

I think this problem has been solved. If I knew how I would delete it. Please

yeah, don't kill it.  Here on Grex, we usually just let these things be.  They
often come in handy later on.

Re #6:  The enterer can't kill an item once anybody else has responded
to it.

The problem may have been solved, but the information in items like this
could be useful to others.

Can an Attachment to pine (that's MIME encoded, right?) be read by
any other mail programs?

Yes, Elm can read MIME-encoded stuff, but it can't send any,
as far as I know.
