Where can i find out how to search by CITY or STATE?

What ever internet services for someone who lives in Sacramento say.  What are
the names and phone number of the intrnet access sites.  What Free-nets are
availiable in a certain city.

For commercial net services, check out the PDIAL list. 
It is in /u/rcurl/PDIAL.list

And...there's no word wrap on Grex, so hit a carriage return when you
get out around 70 or so characters...Thanks.

Check the  internet  conference. There are quite a few approaches 
described there for finding providers. A gopher search on hosts in
Sacramento might pull up FreeNets.
