Welcome to the second edition of the Grex InBetween conference, the place for Grexers to discuss issues related to being between childhood and adulthood. Any issues of interest to that age group are appropriate for this conference. Such issues might range from sex, drugs, and alcohol, to things such school and jobs, the pressures of living with your parents, or without your parents, and all those important social issues. In fact, there really isn't anything inappropriate for this conference, as long as it somehow concerns that age group. Go ahead. Have fun. And, most importantly, if you have a question about anything, don't hesitate to ask it. If you never ask, you may never find out.

What scg said. Seriously, I'm hoping that maybe we can share some of our fears and concerns, our hopes and joys, our likes and dislikes, our fits of immaturity, our serious moments: all of those things that keep us young, yet help us grow. Have at it.
Wow, second-ish. I like the part about sex.
Ok...I'll do all of those emotions is in a teenage context real quick. fear: Should I ask him/her out? concern: I wonder if <name> is anorexic? Hope: Someday I hope my band rules! Joy: This concert kicks butt! Likes: Berry Berry kix dislikes: Teachers Fits of immaturity:I don't wanna do my homework! Serious moments...no. keep us young yet help us grow: Sesame Street.
are we supposed to act like adults like our parents ask us to, or act like the children our parents treast us as?
I would love to say neither- act the way you are- and at this point, I belive that is a mixture of adult, and child. Cause that's what we are.
yeah, well, i've tried that, but it doesn't quite work out that way. i'musually told that it doesn't fit my age
Well, that is just one of the lies I'm living. Almost all of them to my dad. :(
How the hell are people our age SUPPOSED to act!?!?!?!
i think at this point, there is no way that we are SUPPOSED to act. i think that society has let the standerds slip, so that behaviour is no longer important. this also shows in the behaviour of our parents. we are the children of the hippies. and they expect US to act grown up?????
gee, why not just be yourself?
if i be myself, i am not acting like everybody else, or normaly. if i follow the crowd, i'm following the litle row of duckies, all wadddeling in a row
have you ever read about chicken behavior?
ummmm....no i can't say that i have.... is it just me or do carson and i seem to be having a back and forth conversation?
You seem to be having a back and forth conversation, but that's only because no one else is responding- not your fault.
hey! someone else!!!! how dare you infect this, anne! :)
Because I am ANNE!!!! I dare! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!
i think that is supposed to be MUHHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA!
(btw, welcome to the InBetween conference, the conference where we discuss issues related to the transition between childhood and adulthood. Some are in different stages of the transition than others...)
no, just HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! (I'm anne, I do things differently.) Yup, different stages! <tee hee>
i'm not in a different transition from others!!!!!!!!!1 WAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!1!!!!!! (suck thumb)
AWWW!! <anne comforts eeyore>
you know, i hate forgetting what an item is about....what am i being comforted for???????
I comforted you because you were crying, and sucking your thumb, after you had insisted that you weren't in a different transition from the others. (#20)
Hi everybody! I'm here!
Me too wow.....
ok, i remember now! thank you...i think....
I'm here too! (Not *all* here, maybe, but here.) Hi everyone!
hello, sara! don't wory...none of us are all here!
'Ello All!
'ello!
when's Sun coming back?
I saw her today, but she was driving, not computing.
Sun is having access problems. Anne could describe them better than I.
brian: You don't need to follow me! You are all individuals! crowd: YES. WE ARE ALL INDIVIDUALS. person: I'm not.. crowd: shush.
Well, sun is not having a computer- thus the access problem. Once she gets a computer she'll be back. It's just the getting the computer part that's sticky.
re #34: cute, vishy. ;)
well, I'm an individual. And a rather weird one, too. Maybe that's why I can't be myself-because if I did, they'd put me in a padded cell! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!
<sigh>
padded cells are very nice... I like them... Opps, medication time...
