Grex Helpers Item 54: Fair-witness resignation

I'm resigning as fair-witness of this conference.  See Co-op item 73
for details.

If anyone's had a fantasy about becoming the helpmaster, now's the
time to step forward.  >8)

I don't know about becoming the new "helpmaster" but I'm at least willing to
be the FW here.  Someone has to link the traditional items in from the new
agora.

I always keep up on "helpers."  It's near the top of my .cflist.  I 
sometimes get to agora.  I'd like the helpers conf to go on as it was in 
the robh era because I'm used to it.
