I talked to a helpseeker and he dismissed my suggestions about how to make
up a good password.  I searched helpers and found reference to "mkpass" and
"genpass" but mkpass doesn't seem to work anymore.

When "change" tells you that your choice it to obvious, it should also tell
you to run genpass.

Now that I'm ready to tell this user to use genpass, I don't remember the
username.  How do I look at the help-seeker logs that popcorn has mentioned?
