Is it just me or I am the oly one who gets annoyed at the large number of
people seeking "Help" who either just want to chat or ask me how to run IRC
bots or BNC programs here? I think it clearly states on the main page that
such are not alllowed here. But that seems to be the majrity of the questions
that I get asked.

There's a reason they're called Frequently-Asked Questions; when I get them
I usually just refer the asker to the relevant part of the webpage.

Yeah, I guess I should refer them to that area. Thanks.
