Grex Hardware Item 143: HELP needed for Info Peripherals Scanner

I recently bought an Info Peripherals FB-2 ImageReader color scanner.
Since it was a store sample, the box with the software driver, cables,
instructions, etc were missing.

Can anyone help me figure out how to procede?  The Info Peripherals phone
800-775-7576 just says "all circuits are busy -- please call back"  Is
this company bogus?  Another number I got 800-683-3767 for Info PRODUCTS
of Campbell, CA simply goes unanswered???

Sam's Club, where I bought it says I can return the scanner, but others
they've sold have not been returned.
