Okay, I know I haven't been on much as of late so my image as "the GrexOhio
dude" is slowly fading away... and I'm thinking this is a good thing. I'd like
to propose the following to the members (whether from Ohio or elsewhere) of
this conference:

        1.      Eliminate officers. Hey, we're just here to get together and
                have fun... we don't need officers to do that, right?
        2.      In my absense, there has been mainly one person who has carried
                the ball: Megan Wyatt. I propose to establish her as a co-
                fairwitness (for the definintion of a f-w, at any Ok: prompt
                type   help fairwitness  ).

Well, I suppose that's it. Respond below and share your opinions. :)

mike quit flurting with megan and rob i think if we did do that that nothing
will get done i mean look at it now we dont do anything as it is so thats all i
have to say about that

so jim, what you are really trying to say is that you think YOU should take
over........well....don't get any hot ideas, when I hear that you have spoken
up with more ideas than myself, maybe....I have been extremely busy....I have
more resonsbilities.....but I have tried to reboubd er rebound and ge t thigns
goin gagain, work with me, not against me.
things will get done easier that way. planning large get togeters isnt easy
when so many people have differnt shedukles...I'm trying...

I don't want power struggles... that's not what I had in mind when I started
this thing... things are being planned even as we speak (that's more progress
than we've ever had before). Since there seems to be a discussion about the
whole idea, I say we fire up the old grexohio voting program. Okay?

that should be the only thing needed, anyone that can't follow that is

that we appoint Meagn as The Prez, say 'aye'....All that say we make it a total

It's not that I don't want to be president... that's not the issue. All I'm
saying is that maybe we'd be better off without any officers ... Wendy said
a while back that she no longer wanted to be secretary and I don't, no
offense, see a need for a tresurer. Let's just establish Megan and myself as
f-w's and we'll worry about getting things done.

I would like to state several things.
Firat of all, somoene needs to be in control, not necessarily me, but someone,
just a guide point to ideas, etc.
So, if someoen wants to express and idea, whatever, and they don't want to
put it in the conf...they can can mail one person, instead of running around
trying to figure otu who to ask.
One person in chage of organiztion, with help, is good.
Maybe not neccesarily officers, but I think the title themselves will prove
to be a litttle easier for other to understand.
If not, then fine, jim and I can just tell people, if you need somehting,
mail...whateevr
But this SHOULD NOT BE an stupid argument..
This is fun, nt power, not control
I know things take planning, and organiztion, but *who* is in charge is not
quite as important as *is* "somebody" in charge.
There will be no mroe argueing, I will discuss thigns with robert myself, we
will decide. Plain. simple. No fighting.
Whatever the case, will be for the best, so we all don't end up hating each
otehr over absolutely nothing.
I love you all, but this is going a little too far. :)
