I think this conf has failed....it should be merged with the Newsletter
conf.  The only items ever entered here are linked items...

The Newsletter conf. was created for discussion of the management and
production of the grex newsletter - which has an editorial group, but
not a first issue (yet). There won't be discussion there, I think, until
some issues are produced. This cf. was Andy's brainchild, and was meant
to be more like a page of synopses of other things on Grex. However that
takes work to create too, and workers never came forward (and Andy went
away). I agree it serves no function now, unless someone wants to
revive the synopsis idea.
