This item is intended for reporting of time frames when connection to
Grex via ssh or http failed (to help whoever might investigate these
failures).

6/23 ~12:01 UTC ssh time-out
6/23 ~12:04 UTC ssh time-out

During this time connection by http/s was intermittent/unreliable.
