New rates came out today:

I               3.39%           3.67%
EE              2.84%           3.25%

*previous (01 May 2004 - 31 Oct 2004)
**current (01 Nov 2004 - 31 May 2005)

Is that the interest return on I-Bonds, the inflation protection return,
or both combined?

ok..i'm a dumbass......so to make a long story short, the percent number in
re#1 is the combined rate.
