Sorry for that single line but I wasn't to famliarized with the system.
So, let's see what's all about.
I am from Romania, East Europe and I am running a computers
company here in Romania. To develope my company I need a foreign partner 
(that's because they have another way of seing the bussines) and
of course the ideal partner would be from the States.
The investment would go to the 15000 - 20000 USD with the posibility to 
double this figure in almost one year (I mean to get a profit of about
this sum in one year).
If ther is someone interesting in creating this joint-venture I will tell you
more about all the stuff.

Thought for a moment you were looking for a mail-order spouse for immigration 
purposes or something. :-)

It seems unlikely that you'll find many venture capitalists here, and it
hardly seems like this kind of investment opportunity is for the unseasoned
or risk-averse.
