Ok, Ladies, What women's magazines do you read [openly or in hiding, not wanting anyone to see]? What about 'chick'-lit and 'chick-flicks? Care to share any titles and/or authors?

Ok, a light but somewhat fun series of books [most of them are at the library in Ypsi] is about 'The Hot Flash Club' [which is the title of the first of the series]. There are several women from various circles and jobs that end up meeting at a party and end up forming their own clique that did stuff together.
I dont regularly read any women's magazines but if I am sitting in a waiting room or something, I'll pick one up. Sometimes if I am feeling in the mood for getting pissed off, I'll buy one and then sit around reading it while figuratively shaking my fist into the air at the values they seem to promote. Ladies Home Journal is one of my favorites for that since it always has about half of the magazine devoted to weight loss and the other half devoted to rich delicious recipes. For a long time, I couldnt figure it out and thought that the LHJ was just about sending mixed messages but then one of my friends (in a bitch session) suggested that the message was that the women should lose weight but cook the rich delicious calorie laden recipes for their husbands.
I love the magazine "Real Simple" which while I know is not "for women" seems pretty "woman driven".
I found myself reading articles on their website the other day after a google search landed me there. I enjoyed it.
I subscribe to it, and in my efforts to "stay organized" - I read it, cut out out any relevant recipes (that's generally what I always save) and recycle the magazine. I even have file folders to keep the recipes organized. I also love how they do "best of" stuff, everything from lip gloss to marinara sauce.
