Hrmm,, I think that's a terms of service thing. I have had sellers offer me an identical item at the price I paid a couple times, sometimes the 5th glass when I've bought a set of four. I thought second chance was when first buyer renigged and you offered it to second highest bidder at the second highest bid. So I don't know whether you can offer it to the second buyer if the first one actually completes the purchase. Two questions come to mind: Is it an item the first buyer might want two of? and Why not put it up for a regular bid?
RE:2 yea, i thought the same thing.... i may just list the same item again and let it play out.....
