What was her feedback % before you started bidding? How many feedbacks was that based on? Did she send you an email after you won? Have you sent her an email? Before you leave a negative feedback, how about using the eBay dispute resolution system? Get ebay involved, and if she's really scum, she won't be able to sell there any more. PS the answer to 1, and 2 above should have be >98%, and more than 25. If it was less than 100%, check the negs and neutrals and see if the kinds of problems she has are problems you can live with. If not, don't bid. It constantly amazes me how many people ignore feedback, and then complain that the person behaved with them exactly the way they did to earn the orginal negative feedback. The answer to 3 and 4 should have been yes and yes. Leaving negative feedback is the last step in the process.
You know...speaking of feedback. I have a question. It is moot now since this happened around 3-4 years ago. But, I bought an item on ebay. I paid for it and received it promptly so I left good feedback. A couple of weeks later, I discovered that the item I was sent was a fake. What does one do in a situation like that. Is there a way to change the feedback one leaves for someone else? I felt guilty about leaving positive feedback for someone who was selling goods that were fakes but when I tried to go back to change it, there wasnt an obvious way to do it. I wasnt so much interested in getting my money back because I felt that would be too much bother but it really bugged me that my good feedback was helping those characters sell more fake goods.
I think that there's a way now to add another comment to your feedback, even if you can't change the vote. I'm not for sure, I've never tried to do that. I usually don't leave feedback until I've used the article the way I intend to use it. For most of the people I buy from, that's not a problem. They're not newbies; they don't need to get their feedback numbers up. If I have a problem, I start email correspondence. I've only had two problems, one of which was partly my fault, and in both cases the situation was resolved easily.
her feedback was like 99.8% 53 or 54 positive points yes i contacted her yes she contacted me the only item she has had "issues" with is the games i orderd, i contacted others that recived the games, they said it took over a month to get them.... if i get them im gonna leave positive or neutral feedback but gonna mention super slow shipping. and i check feedback on EVERYTHING i buy. this situation has popped up on her in the last months time she had maby 1 negative when i bid/bought the item.... im givig her the benifit of the doubt nd will wait till january 7th before i report no item shipped and use ebay to help me out. it is the holidays afterall. and as far as i know, you CANNOT change feedback. ever.
