ok i was just told by a friend that ebay is gonna start to charge 
people to have accounts on ebay, both for buying and selling...
now i cant find anything about this online its seemingly possible...

has anyone heard anything?

ok, it looks like it was a BS blog he read.....

i think honestly he was talking about listing fees, and maby the fees 
paypal can take from payments...
