Grex Disabilities Item 10: Easy grexing for all [linked]

This item is intended for discussion of ways to more easily use grex or
minor changes in any grex system that might make things easier for users.
While this is something of a broad topic, and a general discussion of any
practical matter is invited, I am particularly starting this item in order
to link it to the disabilities conference, where many of the participants
use specialized methods or have restricted means for using the regular
methods and might wish to discuss ways & means with a wider body of experts.

I think that all Bulletin Board Systems should be accessible to disabled
people.

Aren't all bbs accessible to everyone? Some disabilities may require
special equipment to overcome the disability, but isn't that primarily
the responsibility of the user?
