does anyone have access to the alt.2600 from there site?
i am in need of a source..someone that can mail me them on 
disk like bi-weekly, or forward them to me somehow..
if you can, lemme know, and i'll see what i can
do for you..(cash, gifts, prizes, etc...)

Matt, do you have access to gopher? I just go to a gopher site that subscribes
to all the the usenet groups.

   I have access to it on youngstown freenet. You can gopher to it
through merit or whatever.  They are buttheads about access these days
so you have to mail them a signed statement and like $10 for an account.
Then usenet groups and email are about all you get.  The rest of the system
is filled with disgusting little tattle tale Youngstown Ohio scum who 
hold disgusting little KKK rallies on their local IRC chat room thing.
And if you mention to them that you have other than a youngstown ohio
good christian lifestyle and a good chrisitan anglo-saxon white skin
then be prepared for hatemail. Best to just avoid IRC and local message
sections there.
   Frankly I don't think alt.2600 is worth it these days.

Honestly, I don't think you want to read alt.2600 if you knew all the crap
that is on it these days. It's all been shot to hell.

this is one of the best places to go for that info. but if you wana red the
good stuff, you whould buy the magazine. it comes out quartrly.. Really nice
