IBM is being sued for $1,000,000,000!!! Yes, that's $1BILLION!!! By who, you may ask? SCO!!! Why, you may ask? 'Misuse of proprietary UNIX secrets in their Linux contributions'. If IBM loses, they lose $1B and keep the connections between Unix and Linux. If SCO loses, the ties between Unix and Linux are severed, which one's best?

Well, I trust IBM more than I trust the Amish, but I abandoned God and worship UNIX now. Hmmm...tough call. Or maybe I'm a loon? Either way, I say we find the weight of a full monkey's bladder, and save the whales.
Die IBM, you deserved to be sued. .
May I remind you that if it wasn't for IBM linux would still be in Linus Torvald's basement probably with extremely basic hardware support and nowhere near the performance and stablity it posseses now.
Er, no.
And why not?
Well guess it was the inverse Smith, if it wasn for Linux ibm would go to the basement
