This looks like an interesting  way to set pu srvers to get around censorship,
thanks for the link.  It looks like you wouls have to have an always on DSL or
cabel modem for it to be useful from the server side.

yes, i think this is a task for universities. as soon as some servers(nodes)
are set-up the fun can start
