Here is the treasurer's report on Cyberspace Communications, Inc. finances 
through August 31st, 2007.

Our current balance breaks down as follows:

$6,785.72               General Fund
  $177.37               Silly Hat Fund

The money is distributed like this:

$4,831.58   Checking account
$1,924.65   Savings account earning 0.75% interest annually

We had one returning member in August (firewizz). We are currently at 56 
members, 45 of whom are paid through at least September 15th.  (The others 
expired recently and are in a grace period.)

Notes:

- Grex bought a disk drive and external enclosure in order to do backups 
before the recent upgrade.

- Once a year Grex is required to file a "Corporation Information Update" 
form with the State of Michigan.  It contains the names of all the current 
board members, the address fo the registered agent - stuff like that.  The 
filing fee is $20.
