Started ~9pm, but cross deferred until 9:20

+ In attendance: kentn, cross, walkman, unicorn
  (Quorum achieved)

+ Officers
  - Propose that officers will carry forward from 2014
    . Kent: President
    . Todd: Treasurer
    . Dan: Secretary
  - Kent moves that all current officers carry into 2015
    . Cross seconds
    . Motion carries unanimously.

+ Treasurer progress report and/or treasurer report
  - Todd not at meeting.
  - TS sent a voter list 3 weeks late; more or less agreed with Kent's list
    . Has not responded to question about whether he's sent treasurer info.
  - Heard from Gelinas: only 2 votes counted, but unicorn won regardless.

+ Staff report
  - Nothing significant to report
  - A couple of crashes; Tony has resolved them quickly
  - valerie asked for access janc's account; cross granted
  - We enabled mail submission on port 587
  - Soliciting/training new staff?
    . Staff should work on things they want to work on.
    . Much discussion

+ Walk-in business
  - None

+ The board would like to take the opportunity to recognize
  Jan Wolter's contributions to Grex over the years.  He is
  and will continue to be sorely missed.

+ Cross moves to adjourn
  - Walkman and unicorn second simultaneously
  - Meeting adjourned at 10:02pm
