This item is intended to capture items of Board discussion for which no
decisions were made.  In the past, these have tended to be forgotten
even though they may be ideas worth pursuing.  

This item is not intended for general discussion.

 1. Increased disk space for users (quotas)

 3. Telnet removal (use ssh instead)

16. Grex by-laws need to change in Article 4, part a. for the 4 even-year,
3 odd-year postions to become 3 even-year and 2 odd-year (or however we
decide).
