This is from an email sent by gelinas, who isn't able to post to grex at
the moment; he asked for the minutes to be posted.

The location of the meeting will be determined. TS, have you been able
to check out Zingerman's for us yet?

TS, are you currently reading this conference? Am wondering if you've
been able to determine if Zing's will work as a meeting place this
weekend? The meeting is scheduled for this Sunday and we need to come
up with a meeting place. If we know ahead of time, perhaps someone can
post the meeting time and place in the motd.

If necessary, we may need to make a meeting place decision soon via
email instead of in this item, since not everyone may be current here
in the conference.

on a side note. I have the gavel although I accidently crushed the box
it was in. I tried to find an alternate box and will keep looking. I
had a great one made of wood that the gavel almost fit into! Anyways,
I lost Joe's # but will send him an email or I might be able to swing
by Zingerman's on Sunday if that is where the meeting is

We were wondering where the gavel ended up!

You are aware that this is Memorial Day weekend and some of the board
members may be taking advantage of the long weekend and going away on a
mini-vacation, or would have liked to.

resp:5 Yes. Those board members agreed to this time at the last meeting,
though.

#9 of 18 by denise on Fri May 22 23:06:55 2009:

At the last meeting, when deciding on a date, it WAS mentioned that
Sunday's meeting would be on the holiday weekend but since no one had
any plans made as yet, the date was agreed upon.

So are we still on? And where at? Do we need to have my place again as a
back-up plan or is Zing's going to work out? It'd be nice to find out
before the actual meeting date...

[Since not everyone checks coop on a daily basis, an email has been sent
to the board to see if/where this meeting will take place... So if you
haven't checked your email yet, please do so.]

For anyone interested in attending this evening's meeting, it will be
held at Zingerman's at 7pm.

just answered baff email. i *presume* the kerrytown zingies. ..

   but

my laptop is fscked. i will bring the magicjack and phone in case someone
brings a laptop..

i know th at is asking a lot .. but thats the best i can do for today.

the install is rally painless and mj supports 3-way calling

YES. magicJack supports 3-Way Conference Calling for incoming calls.

How 3-Way Conference Calling Works:

   1. Have both parties call you.
   2. With one party on the line, and one on hold (using call waiting), simply
press # # to start a three-way call.
   3. Press # * to end the three-way call.

if someone can vulunterr a laptop the phn## will be in the staff.cf

i';m pissed at myslef for this .. sorry. but maybe someting can be
salvaged.

see ya at 1900.

Well, gang, we couldn't have the meeting because we didn't have a
quorum. Gelinas, tsty, keesan, jim, and denise were at Zing's; cross
had let us know that an emergency came up he had to deal with. Dunno
what happened to aruba and steve. Unicorn must be busy with work as he
hasn't posted in awhile...

#14 of 18 by denise on Mon May 25 01:46:32 2009:

So when do we want to have the next meeting? Are Sunday evenings still
good for people? I like the idea of having the meetings located in a
central place so more people can attend [like sindi and jim did this
evening]. So we need to find a date and someplace to meet...
Suggestions?

My online time has been very limited lately. Hopefully, that will
change shortly. As for the meeting, I saw that cross wasn't going
to be able to make it, and I didn't have a number to call, so I tried
to reach Steve to find out what number to call, but I got voicemail
and no call back. I see he didn't make the meeting after all. If I
know far enough ahead of time (at least four weeks), I can ask for
the day off, as I did this time. Otherwise, I may or may not be able
to get the time off to make it. If everything goes well, I may be
able to attend in person again the next time.

#17 of 18 by denise on Mon Jun 1 13:07:05 2009:

I hope you'll be able to make the next meeting, whenever that may be.

I think we should get the next one scheduled soon, before everyone's
summer gets too booked up.

If we stick with Sunday evenings and want to be able to have Unicorn
attend, then we should pick a Sunday in July so that he has a better
chance of getting the day off work. The first Sunday in July is over
the 4th of July weekend--and based on the Memorial Day weekend meeting
not working out, we should skip Sunday, the 5th. So which of the
following is best for everyone: 7/12, 7/19, or 7/26?

And where do we want to hold the meeting so that Cross and/or Unicorn
can call in while still having the meeting in a more central area?

#18 of 18 by unicorn on Tue Jun 2 21:59:27 2009:

Actually, all days are probably about equal in probability for me to
get off, as long as I have enough advance notice. Less than four
weeks, and I may still be able to get it off, but the chances are
diminished because I then have to find someone willing and able to
cover for me.
