Jim asks if anyone is planning to drive to or near the Detroit International
Airport Feb 7 in the morning and could give him a ride to within a couple of
miles of it.  It is on the way to Detroit or Southfield, I think.

Do you work near the airport?  He is looking for someone already driving in
that direction to work in the morning.  Lots of people live here and work in
the Detroit area and vice versa.  

No. I dont work near the airport but I occasionally go into Detroit on 
my days off. 

Sindi, what day of the week is 2/7?  I drive to Dearborn a couple days a week.

Wednesday, I think.  Do you live in Ann Arbor?  I thought you were in Ypsi. 
Jim said something about biking to Ypsi but then what would he do with the
bike. He thanks you very much for the thought. 

I do live in Ypsi [township] not far from the Ann ARbor line [Washtenaw and
Golfside area]. I wouldn't have room here to store the bike since I'm in an
apartment, though.  If he gets stuck, though, let me know.

He is not stuck, the neighbor offered to drive 20 miles each way to get Jim
to the airport.  He just thought if someone was already taking a car in that
direction in the morning he could go in it and walk the last couple of miles
from the closest point of approach.
