Grex Books Item 25: Book Signings

I just heard Tom Robbins is going to be signing books this Friday at the
Ann Arbor Borders, so I thought an author signing item would be appropriate,
and I didn't see anything to that effect here.

As I said, I just heard this weekend that Robbins will be signing books
this Friday,  Sept. 16, at 7:30 p.m.  The woman from Borders I talked to
told me to plan on arriving early, as the store has never had this 
popular an author before.  Does anyone know if he will be speaking as well?
Or is he just signing?  And, what (besides reading) is one able to do at
Borders for two  hours?

This is a good Item. Thanks for entering it. In regard to what to do
at Borders besides read - you can watch people reading.

If they still have a suggestion box, you can stuff two hours' worth
of suggestion slips into it.
