Due to the influx of people who were familiar with how picospan on the Well accepted text, there was a period during which Grex appeared confusing, because Grex's text collector does not do word wrap. This prompted one of our unix wizards (No, not Marcus, Jan Wolter <janc>) to implement a replacement collector with all the right stuff. It is still in beta test, and has been discussed in an item in agora. It will probably be discussed more in coop before it is ultimately adopted as the standard for new users. In the meantime, if you are interested and want to try it, type the following at an OK or Respond or Pass prompt: set edalways define editor "/u/janc/gate" This is all you need to do, and word wrapping will magically be available. If you want to have this be your default, put these two lines in your .cfonce file, and you won't have to repeat them when you log in each time.

I have done this, and I approve of the result. My text now wraps automatically. But I shall have to train myself not to type <return> as that is my habit.
Thou shall have no other marcuses before me.
That's our breener -- still on the barricades.
Well I didn't elevate Jan to a higher pedestal. I was just pointing out that it was a *different* guru who provided this relief from the tedium of having to remember when to hit <cr> and the bigger tedium of reading endless lines from the unclued masses.
Obviously, I'm regressing. I rather like "es".
