This is the item for discussing Shrugs and Belches.  These are two of my
favorite gestures.  I beleive them to be elequant.  So why is the belch
regarded as rude and the shrug as non-commital?  THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS
ISSUE!!
RESPOND IN DUE COURSE!!

Shucks.  I was kinda hoping someone would take care of it while I was on
vacation...  Hm... What if you saw a man dashing down the street yelling "I
