The well should learn from grex....They are too corparate! They want to shut off *mdw*'s login there. They sent us some silly stationary that was just trying to be funky but failed. It did not even have a human signature. This is especially lame considering that mdw was mentioned in wired in connection with them...(rather lame, yes). Come to think of it, wired may have reminded them that mdw had an account in the first place. Nice going, Well smell!

Ps...if there are any more grumps to be had, place them here, or defend the well (if you dare :-)
Grex gives me too much to do as it is, so I have never dipped into the well. I only ow that they have more money than grex, because they don't beg from, but rather bill their users. This probably means that grex has more interesting people. It certainly means that Grex is a pain, because it is so slow.
Well MDW should yank picospan from the Well if they cut him off. After all he did write the code for it...
Yes, but The WELL owns a license for Picospan, so Marcus can't do that. Hey, if Marcus still has a login there, maybe font could log into it and explain this sordid situation to The WELL's customers.
interesting sugestion, if the mdw meister had not forgotten his password. Besides, marcus feels that if the Well is dumb enough to do that, then it is not worth the effort to let them know. <font is in the middle, but has to gripe somewhere (the word being for Free)>
Any system that has <mdw> is indeed lucky. Jelly has got to be the best conference on the entire net.
Maybe, maybe not.
<why> <the> <brackets?>
Someday, child, Great Programmers will come to grex, bringing with them HUGE ISDN line and GUI interfaces. When that day comes, the symbols "<" and ">" will indicate an automatic clickable link. For example, <mdw> will be, in reality, <a href="mailto mdw@cyberspace.org"</a> or even <a href="finger mdw@cybersapce.org"</a>
In reality? Wazzat?
Yes. In reality reality. Not just in melvin and agora. Honest.
Where is Jelly, Oh mIghty WebMaaster?
j jelly. And you will be in the WORLD's Greatest UNIX conference, oh lowly one with the purple suspenders.
Ask, and ye shall be answered.
my parents suck!
I don't wear suspenders. but purple is cool
We should get you some then.
Amen. Grex needs a Fontly Suspenders fund as well as a Silly Hat fund.
<rotfl>
Well, should the time come to pass when they decree a fontly suspenders fund to exist, the royal highness will contribute a dollar to it's sucess...
Who is the royal lowness?
I am the lowest of the almost-low.
I therefor claim the title of the royal middleness
