Hair looks good, thanks to an impatient Jenn, who being psychotic read
my mind. <grins>

Happiness (and nervousness) is having an interview tomorrow.

I'm starting to get the first whiffs of the applesauce
(Eve's Original Applesauce) that is in the crockpot.
Late tonight it will be done and the house will smell
like autumn for days.

Anne - you'll be fine.

IHB I get to see Mike tomorrow. We haven't seen each other since graduation
night, and he's gone on to become a Lance Corporal in the Marines. We have a
LOT of catching up to do, considering graduation was over six years ago. =)
IAHB my friend Matt is coming down for the weekend so I can help him pick out a
nice bookcase and stain it. Yay painting...

Oh, and my cross-stitch design for the birth announcement is coming along
nicely. No, not for me...for my friend, Rheann. ;-)

I got some serious nephew cuddling time in last night. He has the cutest
poofy cheeks! I love him. And he calms down whenever I hold him. :)

Sarah- I know, but I'll still be nervous... which is generally a good
thing cause then I'm more on my toes and present myself better.

I picked what my new glasses are going to be in two weeks. It's a step in
the right direction. I've been delightedly relaxing all day long. I like
it.

I had a very nice hour-long chat yesterday with a lovely expatriate Londoner
named Hannah who was a prime organizer of the Detroit Electronic Music Fest.
Her husband, Carl Craig, was another.

I am looking forward to working with her in October.

Am no longer hung up on anyone, and am in a peaceful state with
friends. Yoga class tonight and a gumbo cookout after that. Free lunch
due to a kitchen screwup, though food was fine nonetheless.

IHB I had a nice time with Mike tonight - we talked about high school for the
entire hour and a half I got to see him. I'm bummed that I couldn't see him
longer, but he had other obligations.
IHB I survived a round trip to Gaylord within ten hours. Yikes.
