...looks close to a solution. If you were waiting for the right
time to guess, now wouldn't be too far off.

(Review past guesses on this word in /a/k/kentn/letter.match if
you need to refresh your memory)

Actually, that path is wrong. The actual path is /a/k/e/kentn/letter.match

Oops, you're correct: /a/k/e/kentn/letter.match
Thanks.

kentn
response 86 of 1055: Mark Unseen   Jun 3 23:03 UTC 1998

(Assuming "crisps" the verb...or perhaps crisp as in multiple
instances of apple crisp.)

I thought this was the British word for potato chips, since their word chips
is used to refer to what we call French fries, as in fish and chips.

Whatever...I only need to find a reasonable defn to be satisfied, not
all of them.

whisks 6 (aruba) ---> Ding! Ding! Ding! Winner!

Phew! I was getting worried...I knew I hadn't picked a tough word in
terms of obscurity... Your turn, aruba.

Now I'm off to my kitchen, to use my whisks... :)
