The bylaws can be amended to change quorum from three to one. And re#5
whats wrong with setting up an easy way out.

resp:3 You seem to be the only one advocating those changes, so that course
of action only makes sense for you.

Changing quorum from 3 to 1 is a bad idea unless we want one person
running things. I thought that's one big reason why Grex got started
in the first place. Grex supposedly works by consensus and that
requires more than one person.

Re #5: I copied and pasted directly from the bylaws in the Grex conference.
They say 5. If that has changed, the copy in the conference should be changed.

From the web version of the by-laws:

(From Article 3: Board of Directors)

d. The BOD shall hold face-to-face meetings on a
regular, bimonthly basis, and in addition may hold
special meetings if necessary. A quorum consists of
three BOD members. A board member will be considered
in attendance at a meeting if he or she can communicate
with and be understood by all the other attendees.

I've entered a new item in coop with the by-laws as of Oct 31, 2010.
It is item 325.
